Has anyone with an Aspen using and RSM antenna mounted behind the aft cabin bulkhead had any interference from the ducting running through that section? My headings are 10-15 degrees off at times when flying east/west but better when flying north/south. The ducting has steel coiling running through it and is about 8" away from the antenna. Aspen says the duct is interfering. I'd rather not have to relocate the antenna as it would have to go basically over the rear passenger area requiring removing headliner and panels to reroute the wire, not to mention plugging the holes where currently mounted. Someone mentioned possibly degaussing/demagnetizing the ducting.
