1974 PA28R-200 - My Step to get onto the Wing is Cracked and needs to be welded. I got the 2 Underneath Bolts out and a couple on the side, but 2 bolts just turn and will not come out. I don't see an easy way to see behind the skin of the aircraft to check for a Nut
