Are there many of us here that have the Apollo GX series GPS's I love mine so much I bought a GX 60 and swapped out my GX50 unit, keeping the 50 for spares parts as Garmin refuses to support them any longer. (ACTUALLY GARMIN IS TRYING TO MAKE THEM GO AWAY)
Problem is, now they (Garmin) have the updates priced so high as an added attempt to get people to toss them out and upgrade. I generally get an update twice a year from someone whom had a subscription but I am wanting to have at least 4-6 a year.
What are others doing I have the reader and the software. I am thinking of purchasing a subscription for the $450 and selling my unused updates. Feedback from other GX owners welcome
