Any insight or comments on this plane?

I called and talked with the broker. He didnt have much new information that isnt on the website, and said he doesnt have the logs in electronic format.
Its pretty far from me, but I like it on paper. I am dont know if I am going to deal with a broker that doesnt seem to want to work with me. Maybe I caught him on a bad day though.
Looking for comments on the plane and/or the broker.
