What is the official name for this part? Trying to look up the part number.

It's an airscoop on the underside of the cowling the feeds fresh air into the gascolator and electric fuel pump, presumable to keep the gas lines cool and prevent vapor lock.

A chunk broke off and not sure what the best (cheapest) way to fix it.
