Our attitude indicator died last weekend, and overhaul costs about $2000, similar to cost of G5(s) we want but don’t have. Thinking of two G5’s but even just one means we would need to replace autopilot - starting to get more expensive... Any advice on Dakota-certified autopilots that would work well if we go this route? The GFC500 is not yet certified for PA28-236.

Thanks!
Mona
