Advice on purchasing a PA-28 140

Hi, I'm new to the forum. And fairly new to aviation in general.
I am about to purchase a 1973 Cherokee 140.
7825 TTSN, 858 hours on the 0320 engine with a 160hp STC.
Wing spar has been checked per the corrosion AD I'm hearing about and all good.
Most recent annual was completed about 3 weeks ago.
It is regularly flown.

Looking for any and all advice about this plane, this model year, what to look out for, what to ask, etc. Appreciate any and all advice. Thanks.
