ADSB Rebate Help

Flew my ADSB validation flight this morning... requested and received my " Public ADS-B Performance Report " a few hours later. Appears I passed the test as there were no items highlighted in red on the report... but I did not receive the " incentive code" report that I need to go along with my " Rebate Reservation Code " to get my 500 bucks...

Perhaps the " incentive code " report lags the Performance Report by a day or so ?

Any input appreciated
