I recently had a Garmin GTX345 installed and need to fly the test flight for the rebate. I am confused if I actually have to fly in class B, or do I just have to be within the Mode C veil. I am just outside the Philly Bravo, but under the Mode C veil. I understand that both will require ADS-B next year, but not what is required for the test.

Any help would be appreciated so that when the weather is good, I can go up and get that completed.
