I developed a slow leak in the left main actuator. New mechanic this year at my new base. He’s an airline mechanic and mostly Beech experienced.
How do you open the cylinder up? The slot appears to display a snap ring inside but with no apparent method to squeeze it. We can see both ends of the snap ring in the slot but no holes.
The end cap does not unscrew.
