In a different thread a comment was made regarding propellers on a pa32:
“And a three-blade prop is not necessarily an ’upgrade.’”.

I’m currently watching the market to purchase either a pa32 or a pa28-235. Which three-blade props should I be watching out for as a “detriment“?

Is it as simple as ”scimitars are good, ‘ovals’ are bad”?

(And what is the term for a non-scimitar blade profile?)
