I am in the process of some touch up work on my plane. Because the front end is apart for engine work, I took the nose gear assembly to a paint shop today to be stripped and repainted.
The shop suggested Matterhorn White, but when I took the sample to the airplane, it was a brighter and cleaner white than the rest of the airplane.
Obviously, with a 40+ year old paint job, the color isn't going to match anything as it's faded and changed.
Does anyone know what the color of white was that was original on a 1973 Arrow?
Thanks,
Eric
