This may seem like a silly question, but do the door seals go on the doors or on the fuselage? A cheap foam seal was installed on the fuselage for the fore and aft entry doors when the plane was purchased. During the most recent annual, the seal was replaced with an aviation grade foam seal was installed on the fuselage. I’m curious if this was correct, or if the seals are intended to be installed on the doors. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
