I'm looking at an Archer II. It has over 10k hours on the airframe. It was a trainer until early 2000s. Completely refurbished in mid 2000s. Less than 100 hours on Factory OH. Fully IFR equipped with great avionics.

I've heard that 10k hours on an airframe can be problematic. Basically would make the aircraft considered used up.

I think the price is pretty high considering the airframe time but overall it has everything I'd want. The price is beyond my desired budget but I could swing it.

Any advice?
